About the Campaign

Ekadashi Vanar Seva — Mathura & Vrindavan (In the Name of Hanuman Ji)

Punyakart Foundation conducts Vanaar (monkey) seva on every Ekadashi (11th lunar day) across Mathura and Vrindavan, offering safe food, clean water and basic care in the name of Hanuman Ji. Your any-amount donation keeps feeding points stocked, water stations filled, and first-aid/rehydration kits ready—so free-ranging monkeys stay nourished and the sacred public spaces remain safe and clean.

Seva Vision

To transform Ekadashi devotion into humane, wildlife-friendly relief—balanced feeding, steady hydration, and respectful management that reduces conflict between humans and monkeys.

Why Ekadashi Donations Matter

  • Rhythm with Dharma: Fortnightly, sacred cadence aligns seva with vrata and restraint.
  • Health: Monkey-safe foods & ORS water support energy, digestion and recovery.
  • Safety: Designated points away from traffic/temples reduce bite & accident risk.
  • Cleanliness: Waste-free serving (leaf plates/jute bags) keeps ghats and paths tidy.
  • Hanuman bhakti: Offering seva in Bajrangbali’s name with compassion and discipline.

What Your Contribution Supports

  • Monkey-safe food: bananas, seasonal fruits, soaked chana/sprouts, unsalted groundnuts, limited jaggery.
  • Hydration: clean water drums, ORS mix in heat, regular refill/cleaning of containers.
  • Care & safety: basic first-aid, vet tie-ups for minor wounds/deworming; signage for safe distancing.
  • Logistics: reusable carry tubs, leaf plates, gloves, tongs, waste collection bags; transport for volunteers.

We avoid bread, fried/salty foods, processed snacks and plastics; we never tease, crowd or hand-feed aggressively.

How We Implement (On Every Ekadashi)

  1. Map fixed feeding points away from traffic/temple queues; morning (7–9am) & evening (4–6pm) windows.
  2. Portion control by troop size; women-led counters; safe-distance serving with tongs/dispensers.
  3. Water drums checked, cleaned and refilled; ORS used during heat stress days.
  4. Record headcounts, food spent, incidents; coordinate with local authorities when required.
  5. Zero-litter exit: all waste collected; no plastic packaging on site.

Transparency & Safeguards

  • Purchase logs and route sheets maintained for each Ekadashi.
  • Consent-based, distance photography only; no touching, feeding selfies, or crowding.
  • Wildlife-friendly practices; alignment with local guidelines wherever applicable.
  • Incident response: basic first-aid and bite-prevention messaging for the public.

Positive Outcomes We Aim For

  • Calmer troops; fewer chase/bite incidents near markets and temples.
  • Better hydration & nutrition markers in peak heat/cold seasons.
  • Cleaner ghats/streets due to zero-plastic, waste-managed feeding.
  • Community education that respects wildlife and devotees alike.

Ways to Participate

  • Sponsor an Ekadashi feeding round (food + water + cleanup).
  • Fund a water station (drum, stand, scheduled refills).
  • Support first-aid & deworming costs with our vet partners.
  • Set up a recurring Ekadashi pledge for uninterrupted seva.
Ekadashi • Twice a Month Hanuman Ji Seva Donate Any Amount

Your Ekadashi offering honors Hanuman Ji and brings real relief to Vanaar families.

Note: Feeding is conducted from a safe distance with wildlife-friendly guidelines. For public safety, we educate visitors: do not tease, touch, or feed processed foods; secure bags and avoid crowding.
