What is Parivartan?

Parivartan is an NGO committed to the welfare of stray animals, especially dogs. It provides medical treatment to the injured and sick, ensures regular feeding, and offers love and care to those who have no one else. The organization strives to give these voiceless souls a second chance at life.

Current Situation

Parivartan NGO, based in Dehradun, is caring for stray dogs with dedication and compassion. But despite their noble efforts, the lack of proper shelter infrastructure—including canals, enclosures, and boundary walls—makes it difficult to protect and house more animals. The harsh weather and unsafe surroundings near Premnagar add to the urgency of building a secure and permanent shelter.
