About the Campaign

Somwar Nandi & Injured Gau Seva – Punyakart Foundation (Dehradun Gaushala)

Somwar is devoted to Lord Shiva, and serving Nandi Baba is considered a direct offering to Mahadev. Every Monday, Punyakart Foundation runs a dedicated Nandi & Injured Seva initiative at our Dehradun Gaushala, where injured, sick, and abandoned cows and Nandi Baba receive food, medicines, and safe shelter.

Many rescued animals arrive with wounds, weakness, and infections. Their recovery needs consistent care—timely treatment, clean water, warm bedding, and nutritious feed. This Somwar, let your bhakti become compassion. Even a small donation can become someone’s healing: a bandage, a medicine dose, a bundle of fodder, or a full-day meal for a cow in pain.

Your Somwar Seva supports:

  • Nandi Baba Seva — gud, chana, choker/fodder, fruits & clean water
  • Medical care — medicines, dressing, injections & recovery support for injured cows
