In a small village near Dehradun, a young girl named Simran is fighting one of the toughest battles anyone could imagine — a life-threatening form of bone cancer. Simran has been diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive type of cancer that has affected her left thigh and also spread to her lungs. Her smile hides the pain, and her courage hides the fear, but time is running out, and she needs our help now.

1. Who is Simran?

Simran is not just a patient, she is a daughter, a friend, and a child full of dreams. She comes from Village Majri, situated on the Shimla Bypass Road in Dehradun. Her parents are simple, hardworking people with limited income. Simran was a bright student who enjoyed going to school and playing with her friends. But today, her life revolves around hospital beds, injections, and constant pain.

She is currently being treated at Graphic Era Hospital in Dehradun. The doctors have confirmed that her cancer is serious and will require several rounds of chemotherapy and possibly surgery. She will also need long-term medical support and rehabilitation. It is a tough road ahead, but she has the will to fight — all she needs now is the support to make it possible.

2. Current Medical Condition

Simran’s biopsy and scans show an aggressive tumor that has already spread to her lungs. This makes her treatment both urgent and expensive. The doctors have prepared a detailed plan, which includes strong chemotherapy sessions and close medical monitoring. Her condition is such that any delay in treatment can be dangerous.

The total cost of this treatment is something her family cannot afford on their own. Despite selling whatever little they had and borrowing from others, they are still falling short. The financial burden is simply too much for them to handle without help.

3. No Support from Extended Family
